PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce a laminated disk having a good stable tilt in the case of two layers on one face or single layers on both faces as well as a single layer on one face and to obtain an apparatus for producing the laminated disk. SOLUTION: The apparatus in which a UV-curing adhesive 103 between plural transparent disk substrates 101, 102 is irradiated with UV 93 through an IR cutting filter 94 to stick the substrates 101, 102 together has a UV lamp 91 which radiates UV 93 on the UV-curing adhesive 103 and a partial transmission filter 95 which cuts a wavelength region corresponding to the short wavelength side absorption band of a plastic material forming the substrates 101, 102 from UV 93 and transmits UV of wavelengths promoting the photo-curing reaction of the UV-curing adhesive 103. The adhesive 103 is cured with UV 93 passed through both the IR cutting filter 94 and the partial transmission filter 95.
