PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a black body condition even in a low emissivity and low temperature state for conducting highly accurate temperature measurement for a steel sheet, without being affected by backlight noise. SOLUTION: This temperature measuring device for a steel sheet 3 for measuring the temperature of a wedge part between the steel sheet 3 and a roll 4 by a radiation thermometer 1 using multi-reflection is provided with a reflecting body 2, having an observation window and for reflecting a radiation ray from the wedge part of an outgoing side of the steel sheet 3 toward a deep side of the wedge part, and the radiation ray output from the wedge part through the observation window of the reflecting body 2 is measured by the thermometer 1 to measure a temperature of the wedge part.
