PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve waterproof performance by enlarging the meshes of victoria lawn to provide an area almost equal to that of holes of a particular diameter at specified intervals and hardening the mesh by coating a synthetic resin emulsion to the victoria lawn. SOLUTION: Meshes of victoria lawn 5 consisting of an acrylic, nylon, polyester or the like are enlarged almost equal to an area of holes about 2 to 15 mm in diameter at 3 to 50 mm intervals. And an acrylic resin emulsion, a vinyl acetate-based resin emulsion and a synthetic resin emulsion are coated to the victoria lawn 5 and the mesh portion of the victoria lawn 5 is solidified and holes 2 are formed thereby creating a perforated waterproof sheet. When in work, a waterproof sheet is laid on the working surface 7, an adhesive such as emulsion type vinyl acetate resin-based is coated to the portion of holes 2 of the waterproof sheet, and only the vicinity of the hole 2 is spot-connected to the working surface 7. In addition, a waterproof agent such as acrylic-based is coated to the surface of the waterproof sheet. In this way, the waterproof performance can be enhanced.
