PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inking arrangement enabling the distribution of ink in an extremely accurate amt., having a simple structure not requiring a large place and capable of performing simple structural alteration with respect to a conventional inking arrangement. SOLUTION: An inking arrangement l includes one or a plurality of horizontally oscillating cylinders 130 (130a, 130b, 130c, 130d), a form roller 132, a printing ink container and an ink distributing device having at least one electrically controllable valve 94 for distributing printing ink and further has a high pressure pump device for supplying printing ink from the ink container to the ink distributing device under predetermined high pressure and a heater for heating printing ink to predetermined temp. higher than room temp. At least one valve 94 of the ink distributing device has a short response time and low viscosity dependence with respect to a self-flow rate.
