PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game control device and its mounting structure suitable for preventing unexpected disadvantage on the executive of a parlor by an unfair action, malfunction, etc. SOLUTION: This game control device is equipped with a CPU 220 to control game conditions of game machines. The CPU 220 is made so as to input random numbers from a random number generating device 300 to generate random numbers independent of the action clock of CPU 220 and generates a prescribed game condition when the inputted random number becomes a jackpot value, and sets the jackpot value to a value larger than the maximum value of count value of the counter 330, i.e., a range from '447' to '516', a range from '25701' to '25770', and a range '50956' to '51025' among random number values generated in normal operation by the random number generating device.
