PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable clothes to be dried sufficiently and quickly regardless of bad weather, such as a rainy or cloudy weather, and to make effectively utilyzable heat energy outputted from an outside device of an air conditioning system and so on, which used to be in wastefully abandoned. SOLUTION: In the lower space of the box type drying chamber, the outside device B of an air conditioning system is fitted, hot air output from the outside device B is guided to an air intake 8 upward by a lower part cover 1b, and a metal mesh 9 for prevending clothes from falling down, a mesh shelf, and an upper net conveyor 7 are fixed. Door parts 1c, 1e which can open and close are in front of the chamber side and are provided with window flaps 3, 4 with a lot of air holes 3a, 4a.
