PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double pipe connecting tool capable of forming a long pipe and doubly arranging pipes by connecting short pipes capable of readily transporting or assembling and provide a pipe steel frame execution method capable of readily executing and building a pipe house having high strength by using the double pipe connecting tool. SOLUTION: Two pipe joints 16 are arranged in rows and the ends of pipes 2a and 2b constituting pillar or roof are inserted both sides of pipe joints 16 of double pipe connecting tools 15a and 15b obtained by integrally connecting space between both pipe joints 16 with a connecting plate 17 and these pipes are fixed with screws from the outside of the pipe joint 16 and the pipe joints 16 are integrally connected to pipes 2a and 2b inserted into the inside of the pipe joints 16. Thereby, pipes 2a and 2a are successively jointed in longitudinal direction to assemble pillars and roof.
