PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micromovement device which does not require inertial body and is hardly affected by friction. SOLUTION: A micromovement device is provided with a moving body 7, placed on a base 6 and impact force developing means 8 and 9, which develop impact forces F1 and F2 between the moving body 7 and base 6. The means 8 and 9 develop the impact forces F1 and F2, which lift the moving body 7 from the base 6, and at the same time, rotate the body 7. Therefore, the micromovement device does not require an inertial body which has been indispensable for a conventional micromovement device and is hardly affected by friction. |
