PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up a favorable eyeball image without uptake of reflected light by installing an invisible light non-transmitting filter in a position where an invisible light radiated by an external light source incident an eyeball of a subject person and an image pickup part is not obstructed from picking up a reflected image of an invisible light irradiated by an illuminating part. SOLUTION: An infrared light non-transmission filter 31 having wavelength select characteristic for intercepting an invisible light such as infrared light or the like is installed between a set of an image pickup part 23 for image-picking up an eyeball 10 and an illumination 21 for irradiating the eyeball 10 and an external light source 24 such as the sun or the like. When visible light radiated from the external light source 24 and infrared light which is invisible light advance toward the eyeball 10, visible light and invisible light contained in the external light source 24 are transmitted through an object 30, but an infrared ray non-transmission filter 31 installed in an object 30 intercepts an invisible light without transmitting, so that a camera 20 is not influenced by the external light source 24. Invisible light irradiated from the illumination 21 is not intercepted by the infrared light transmission filter 21, but irradiated to the eyeball 10, so that the eyeball image can be picked up favorably. |
