PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify control of a motor operated expansion valve when a plurality of indoor units are provided. SOLUTION: An air conditioner sets control sets (steps 230, 232, 250, 252) of each motor operated expansion valve with PI operation based upon target discharge temperature. Thereafter, in a cooling mode thick tube temperature for each indoor unit is read, and on the basis of a deviation among the thick tube temperatures a correction amount of an opening of each motor driven expansion valve is set (steps 254 to 258). Based upon the amount of correction set as such the control steps are corrected (steps 242, 260) and operation is carried out to provide corrected control steps for each motor operated expansion valve. |
