PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a space quantization error. SOLUTION: In this center of gravity processor, a virtual address window is set based on a gravity center computed result, by carving out of a star image with a threshold≠0, when the star image is taken out in gravity center processing for a fixed star (step 2), and gravity center computing is conducted again in the threshold = 0 based thereon (step 4).
