PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the subject antimycotic agent capable of manifesting sufficient effect through only single application per day by including an antimycotic drug comprising pyrrolnitrin and clotrimazole, its keratin transferability-accelerating substance and a polymer having adhesion to skin. SOLUTION: This antimycotic agent includes (A) pyrrolnitrin and clotrimazole as antimycotic drugs, (B) a keratin transferability-accelerating substance for the antimycotic drugs, which is e.g. propylene glycol when preparing O/W-type preparations (e.g. cream, gel, or the like) and is e.g. 1,3-butylene glycol when preparing liquid medicine and (C) a polymer having adhesion to skin, which is e.g. hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyvinyl acetal diethylaminoacetate, or the like. The contents of the ingredients A, B and C is preferably 0.1-2 wt.%, 0.5-30 wt.% and 0.5-5 wt.%, respectively.
