PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction and enhance detecting accuracy by generating damping force in the reverse direction to the moving speed direction of a pressure receiving member and installing a damper mechanism for suppressing the movement of the pressure receiving member. SOLUTION: In quick service, liquid in a pressure chamber 16 is used earlier than that in an accumulator Acc. As a result, pressure in the pressure chamber 16 is sharply decreased than that in the accumulator Acc. Pressure in a damper chamber 16a intends to decrease, but the liquid in the damper chamber 16a can move only through an orifice 172a, and by passing resistance through the orifice 172a, pressure within the damper chamber 16a does not decrease immediately. Force in the right direction applied to a rod 171 is remained, and even if fluid pressure within the pressure chamber 16 is sharply decreased, the rod 171 does not move in the left direction immediately. Since movement of a switching member 17 in the left direction is obstructed, a micro-switch is maintained in on state, and output of a wrong signal can be avoided.
