PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide holding equipment for a coil spring capable of reducing distortion appearing in an upper sheet when attaching the upper sheet to a bracket. SOLUTION: An upper sheet 2, which is held by forcibly inserting an outer part of the upper sheet 2 into a holding part 13 of a bracket 1, injects in a circumferential direction from its outer surface to form space between its outer surface and the upper sheet 2 itself, and has elastic projections 22 which fall down to the space when the upper sheet 2 is held by the holding part 13. As the elastic projections on the upper sheet 2 fall down to the space formed between the upper sheet 2 and its outer surface, elastic deformation toward the inside does not occur in a specific part of the upper sheet 2 with the elastic projections. Accordingly, heavy distortion can be prevented. An upper sheet 1 can be firmly held on the holding part 13 of the bracket 1 by rebounding force caused by elastic return of the elastic projections 22.
