PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the move of a cam member infallibly to prevent a machine from being damaged. SOLUTION: A pawl stand upper/lower cam 7 is fixed to a large gear 5. A small gear 27 meshed with the large gear 5 is driven rotationally by a motor 12 through a drive shaft 23. The drive shaft 23 is supported for rotation and translation in arrow (A)-arrow (B) direction, and is provided with a opposingly contact part 28 contacting opposingly to the pawl stand upper/lower cam 7 on one end. A pressing member 31 engaging with a sleeve 25 provided on the other side of the drive shaft 23 is attached to a lever 33 supported for rotation by a rotation supporting point 31a. A rod 35a of an air cylinder 35 is connected to the other end of the lever 33 through a lever 34.
