PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the oil level and to facilitate the replacement or supplement of oil. SOLUTION: An oil indicator-mechanism is provided with an engine 1, a generator 12 operated by driving the engine 1, a front panel 13 for protecting the engine 1 and the front of the generator 12, an oil inlet 30 provided in a crankcase 2 of the engine 1, and an oil inspection window 33 provided in the crankcase 2. The oil inlet 30 is made up of a fitting boss 31 projected from the lower part of the crankcase 2, and a plug 32 to be inserted into the fitting boss 31. The oil inspection window 33 is made up of a mounting boss 34 projected from the lower part of the crankcase 2 to be adjacent to the fitting boss 31, and a lens 35 to be fitted into the mounting boss 34. Thus, the need for removing an oil gage to judge reaming quantity of oil by the use of it, is eliminated, and the oil level can be easily confirmed. Particularly, since the oil inspection window 33 is projected to be adjacent to the oil inlet 30, the oil level can be easily confirmed during feeding oil.
