PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a temperature properly without requiring a room- temperature detecting means. SOLUTION: This private-part flushing device has a hot water generator composed of a heater and an air blower and a closet seat having a temperature elevating function by a heater. A control means conducting control by interlocking input power to the heater for the hot water generator with the set value of a closet-seat temperature or the set value of a flushing temperature or both set values is mounted at that time. An input to the heater for the hot water generator for drying and room heating is controlled in response to the closet-seat temperature or the flushing temperature or both set values set by a user at that time.
