PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowerpot free from fear causing outflow of soil in the pot by extensively opening a notch part by soil pressure. SOLUTION: This flowerpot is obtained by providing a notch 12 from upper end of a side wall 11 toward the lower part on the side wall 11 of a body 1. In the flowerpot, opening width of the notch 12 is kept constant by connecting side walls 11 on both sides of the notch 12 by connecting members 13 and 14.
