PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeder provided with a paper feed roller composed of components which can be recycled, except an expendable rubber part. SOLUTION: A paper feed roller 1 is composed of a hollow cylindrical rubber part 2, a sleeve 11 and a hub 12. The sleeve 11 is fitted in a hollow part of the rubber part 2 from an opening of the latter at one end thereof while the hub 12 is fitted in the hollow part of the rubber 2 from an opening at the other thereof. That is, the sleeve 11 and the hub 12 can be removable from the rubber part 2.
