PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system where no link print mode is operated but a usual print mode is activated, even if a link print mode is set when the print number is a single copy. SOLUTION: This image forming system is provided with a read means 50 that reads an image on an original and outputs the image as image data, a storage means that stores read image data, print means 15, 27 that print out the image onto a print medium on the basis of the image data, a link print operating means that transfers the read image data to other image forming device connected to this image forming device for allowing the other image forming device to share execution of print processing, and a link print mode selection means that allows an operator to indicate the other image forming device on the setting of a link print mode for the execution of the shared print processing by the link print operating means. When the print number is set to one for printing, even if the link print mode is set, the link print mode will not be executed, by means of a plurality of image forming devices are configured and connected. |
