AERIAL OBSERVATION DEVICE AND OBSERVATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe the state the air and sample in high sky by using an airplane loading a sampling device and observation device such as a cameras. SOLUTION: An airplane 10 loading observation devices and the like has functions of gliding as a glider and flying using engines and controlled by the control signals from the ground. The airplane is lifted up high in the hanging by a balloon 1, separated by operating a separation device, and driven by the engine after descending to the altitude the engines can be operated. The data observed in the flight by using the observation device are transmitted to the ground by using a transmitter/receiver and also samples are collected by using a sampling device.
