PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the facility costs and to produce an optical disk with high efficiency by matching the process capacity of each process facility with simple facility constitution and facilitating efficient production and simplification of a device. SOLUTION: A forming device 1 which forms resin disks by using a stamper requires stampers for DC-R and CD-RW since their groove shapes are different, and forming devices 1 and 6 dedicated to the kinds of them are provided. A CD-R substrate formed by a disk forming device 1 is loaded to a protection layer coating device 5 after being passed through a disk cooling device 2, a recording layer coating device 3, and a reflecting-film forming device 4, and then reloading to the protection layer coating device 5. Similarly, a CD-RW substrate formed by the disk forming device 6 is reloaded to the protection film coating device 5 after being passed a recording layer film forming device 7.
