PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin cosmetic capable of preventing skin aging developments including wrinkles and affording the skin with smoothness and dampishness, and excellent in stability and feeling when applied by including a specific compound and emulsified microparticles. SOLUTION: This skin cosmetic is obtained by including (A) 0.001-10 wt.%, pref. 0.005-5 wt.%, more pref. 0.01-1 wt.% of a compound selected from pantothenic acid (salt) and derivatives (salts) thereof (e.g. pantothenyl alcohol) and (B) emulsified microparticles each <=0.1μm, pref. <=0.05μm, more pref. <=0.03μm in size, wherein the pantothenic acid is a kind of vitamin B group widely found in the natural world and can be afforded by fermentation, extraction from animals/plants, or chemical synthesis; and the ingredient B can be prepared using at least an emulsifier and oily component, in particular pref. by application of mechanical force using a high-pressure emulsifying machine.
