PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical sound generator device capable of effectively using a processing capacity according to a load level. SOLUTION: An adaptive control part 9 adaptively changes a through-put of each sounding channel in use for each sounding channel according to the load levels of a CPU for realizing each function of an accompaniment part 1 to a solo part 3, a key assignor 4, a sound source control part 10, and an adaptive control part 9. The load level of the CPU is decided according to modes of each sounding channel in use. In a sounding channel in use, a musical sound signal of a specified tone and pitch is generated based on the allocated musical sound parameter. In this case, an effect is added by the changer processing. The through-put of each sounding channel in use is controlled by changing the cycle of this changer processing. |
