PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin, low-cost motor with long service life and low abrasion, even at high-speed revolutions. SOLUTION: At least either of bearing storing parts 18 and 20, for storing a plurality of balls 16 put at an upper or lower central part of a bearing housing 14 mounted on a stator base 4, is formed as a part of the bearing housing 14 itself. The plurality of balls 16 are stored directly via a retainer 17 in the bearing storing parts 18 and 20. In the bearing storing parts 18 and 20, more specifically, plurality of bearings 16 are put between a recessed part at the upper part of the bearing housing 14 for limiting movement in the radial direction and the axial direction and a groove facing downward at the ceiling of an outer rotor case 11. In this case, the bearings 16 are held through magnetic force of a field magnet 3 at the outer rotor case 11.
