PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit which can suppress a harmonic level to be not more than a desired level by receiving the control signal of a frequency setting control unit, deciding an output frequency, selecting the passage route of the output signal of a wide band oscillator, suppressing harmonics contained in one output signal of a switch, suppressing the harmonics contained in the other output signal and combining the both output signals. SOLUTION: The output signal of a wide band oscillator 2 is frequency- controlled by a frequency setting control unit 1 and the wide band oscillator 2 outputs a signal whose output frequency is f0 or 2f0. When the output frequency of the wide band oscillator 2 is set to f0 with the control signal of the frequency setting control unit 1, the frequency setting control unit 1 outputs the control signal corresponding to the output frequency f0 of the wide band oscillator 2 to a switch control circuit 4. The switch control circuit 4 outputs a switch change-over control signal corresponding to the output frequency f0 of the wide band oscillator 2 to a switch 3. The switch 3 selects a system where the signal passes through a first filter 5 as a system through which the output signal passes.
