PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assay sensitivity and accuracy by constituting a macro complex in which ligand binder molecules are connected to carrier molecules via a biotin-streptoavidin bond so as to have a larger number of free biotin components than that of a ligand bond section. SOLUTION: Ligand binder molecules are connected to one or a plurality of carrier molecules via a biotin-streptoavidin bond to form a macro complex, and it is constituted so as to have a larger number of free biotin components than that of a ligand bond section and is immobilized on a solid support. A ligand binder is any molecule capable of being specifically bonded to a ligand and is bonding protein, for example, intrinsic factor, folic acid bonding protein, etc. A carrier is a molecule or polymer which is directly or indirectly bonded to a ligand binder via a biotin-streptoavidin bond, and the ligand binder and carrier molecules are modified by the chemical bonding of biotin for accelerating bonding to the carrier.
