PROPAGATION AND ACTIVATING INDUCTION OF CYTOTOXIC T-CELL SPECIFIC TO CANCER CELL AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making selective propagation and activation of a cytotoxic T-cell specific to a cancer cell by irritating a T-cell derived from peripheral blood of a cancer patient in the presence of a cancer cell or cancer antigen. SOLUTION: This method is concerned with propagation and activating induction of a cytotoxic T-cell specific to a cancer cell and is composed of (a) a process for bringing another human T-cell analogous to a type of a T-cell derived from a cancer patient or a leukocyte of the cancer patient into contact with a T-cell inductive agent and (b) a process for culturing the T-cell together with a killed or weakened cancer cell derived from cancer patient, a cell having an antigen common with a cancer cell of the patient or a cancer antigen or a cancer antigen peptide of the patient.
