摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the module efficiency and decrease the stock number of components by providing a sleeve with an outer bone engaging surface, providing a stem with a fixing tip part and a base end part engaged with the sleeve, and providing a neck part with a taper post part engaging with the base end side of the sleeve. SOLUTION: This orthopaedic prosthesis system 10 has a sleeve 12, a stem 14 and a nect part 16. The sleeve 12 has an outer bone engaging surface 18, and has taper areas on the opposite base end side and tip end side which are communicated with an axial bore. The sleeve 12 contains titanium or an titanium alloy which are material useful for permanent implantation. The stem 14 has a tip part fixed in a long bone, and a base end part provided with a male taper area engaged with the tip female taper area of the sleeve 12. The neck part 16 has a taper post formed to engage with the base end female taper of the sleeve 12.
