PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable rotor used in a motor with high yield. SOLUTION: A cylindrical boss 13 is mounted on a permanent magnet 11, and the boss 13 is fixed to a shaft 12 to constitute a rotor. The permanent magnet 11 is formed in an injection molding step with a ferrite resin magnet and the like, so that the boss 13 can be assembled with the permanent magnet 11 concurrently at the injection of the permanent magnet 11, and assembling man-hours can be reduced. In addition, a permanent magnet formed with the boss 13, using only one kind of die can serve for all the shafts 12, regardless of the shape or the length of the shaft 12, and drastic improvement in manufacturing can be made.
