PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the multistage chemical reaction of photosensitive material by a compact and simple device and to prevent a solvent stored in a coating device from being polluted. SOLUTION: Film N is coated with water in the coating device 16. Then, the film N coated with the water is heated and carried by a single heating drum 22. A developing processing sheet 24 and a fixing processing sheet 34 are successively overlapped on/peeled from the film N in accordance with a chemical reaction stage, so that the multistage chemical reaction is executed. By executing the multistage chemical reaction while the film N is heated and carried by the single heating drum 22, irregular processing caused by the transfer of the film N is prevented and the compact and simple device is constructed.
