CONTROL METHOD FOR SLICER DEVICE, AND SLICER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control timing for photographing or the like in a slicer device for segmentially fetching data of a cut face, while slicing a sample. SOLUTION: A turning type cutter 12 is provided in a working chamber 11. A sample 10 of an observed object is held on a feed shaft 22 to be fed into the chamber 11 a prescribed amount by a prescribed amount. A CCD camera 19 for photographing a cut face of the sample 10 is arranged in the front face of the sample 10. A disk 32 is attached to a rear end of a shaft of a motor 13 for driving the cutter 12. A pattern formed on a surface of the disk 32 is detected by a proximity switch 33. A signal from the switch 33 in input into a control circuit 34 to discriminate partition of a turning angle of the cutter 12 based on the signal. A servo-motor 23 is controlled for feeding the sample 10, based on the discrimination signal of the partition, and an image processor 31 is controlled to photograph the image of the cut face of the sample 10.
