PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically distribute a copying output in the hands of a user of a copying result by providing a copying machine with a function for storing a picture image obtained by reading a copied original and a function, capable of inputting/outputting the picture image via a network, and transmitting picture image data to another connected copying machine having the same capability thereby obtaining the copying output from another copying machine. SOLUTION: When a distribution destination to distribute a copied image is designated before the start of copying is instructed from an operation part 5, a control processing part 4 fetches temporarily stored picture image from a data storing part 6 and a data conversion processing part 7 work-converts the picture data and output setting information to data for distribution. A network I/F processing part 8 transmits this copied picture image work-converted for distribution to the distribution destination designated by the part 4 via the network. Meanwhile, the part 8 receives transmitted data for distribution, and the part 7 fetches output setting information to transfer to the part 6.
