RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR TIRE AND TIRE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition for tires capable of extending the service life of tires through improving their resistance to cutting and chipping without deteriorating their abrasion resistance, and excellent in processability as well, and to obtain tires using the above composition. SOLUTION: This rubber composition for tires is obtained by compounding (1) 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component comprising 50-80 pts.wt. of natural rubber and/or isoprene rubber and 20-50 pts.wt. of a butadiene rubber with a toluene solution viscosity of 110-140 cPs and cis-fraction of >=98% with (2) 40-60 pts.wt. of carbon black and (3) 2-10 pts.wt. of a modified rosin.
