PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling machine capable of adjusting a gas releasing pipe during filling beverage. SOLUTION: A valve housing 48 for controlling a feeding of liquid is fixed to the bottom part of a supporting housing 40 and a control device 52 is arranged adjacent to the top part of the supporting housing. A gas releasing pipe 54 is operated to move up or down by the control device and is extended into the valve housing.
