PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an operation terminal device of a remote monitor and control system which is low-cost and easy to assemble. SOLUTION: A handle 48 is formed integrally with a cover 40b by an operation part 48a and a hinge part 48b which has one end connected to the center of the upper or lower part of this operation part 48a. A slit 52 is formed around the operation part 48a except both the sides of the hinge part 48b and the hinge part 48b on the front part of the cover 40b. The operation part 48a of the handle 48 is supported swingably on the cover 40a by elasticity of the molded resin of the hinge part 48b.
