PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a product satisfactory in quality, in which function deterioration due to positional deviation when lamination is not generated by preventing the generation of troubles such as rupture, pucker and extension when a green sheet is peeled from a base film, in the manufacture of a fine laminated inductor element. SOLUTION: Through-holes are formed in a laminate of a base film 1 and a ceramics green sheet 2. A coil pattern is formed on the ceramics green sheet 2, and then the green sheet 2 is peeled off from the base film. In this manufacturing method of a laminated inductor element containing this process, a pattern 3 for stiffening is printed differently from the coil pattern, and a snap trench 4 is formed along the outside of the pattern 3.
