PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of color irregularity near sealing members by regulating patterning, in such a manner that the pressurizing force at affixing pressing of between diagonal patterns with respect to extension electrode patterns and dummy patterns and the pressurizing force at the affixing pressing between both stripe patterns are equaled to each other. SOLUTION: The stripe patterns of the dummy patterns 21 are formed to the same line width as the line width of stripe patterns 19. As regards diagonal patterns 23 of the dummy patterns 21, their line width is made smaller than that of diagonal patterns 20. As a result, the pressurizing force at the time of the affixation pressing between the diagonal patterns 20, 23 of both of the extending electrode patterns 17 and the dummy patterns 21 diminishes, when substrates are bonded to each other via the sealing members 4 and pressure is exerted thereon. Accordingly, the pressurizing force can be closed to the pressurizing force at the time of the affixation pressing between both the stripe patterns 19, 23. Furthermore, pressurization can be made uniform, and the bonding of the substrates by evenly pressurizing the same over the circumference of the sealing members 4 is made possible.
