摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device for optical wiring giving a deflection function required for attaining compactness and without receiving strict limitations for manufacture. SOLUTION: The optical device 10 for optical wiring contains an optical substrate 11 transmitting light beams and a chip substrate 13 provided with a light emitting device 14 for an optical signal provided on the surface 11a of the optical substrate 11. In such a case, an image forming function and the deflection function of a computer generated hologram(CGH) element for guiding a beam from the light emitting device 14 into the optical substrate 11 are alotted to a first CGH element 16 provided on the chip substrate side and a second CGH element 17 provided on the optical substrate 11 answering to the first CGH element 16.
