PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by providing a means for restricting a gap between two steel plates erected in parallel and a concrete anchoring means, and forming closed cross sections at the end portion of a wall and a corner and then pouring concrete in the gap. SOLUTION: Two steel plates 7 are erected in parallel and a plurality of studs 8 are attached to the inner surface of each steel plate 7. To the inner surface of each steel plate 7, a fixed material 10 is attached, and the gap between the steel plates 7, 7 is held to a constant gap by a tie member 9 supported by a fixing member 10 to a constant gap and made to a wall shape. A corner portion of the wall and an end portion are surrounded to a square shape by the steel plate 7. Moreover, concrete is poured in the gap between the steel plates 7, 7 and a plate-shaped core wall is formed and the corner portions and end portions of the wall are made as a steel pipe-reinforced concrete structure. In this way, the time period required for construction work is reduced and thus cost is also reduced.
