PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start communication through other carrier quickly even when communication with a desired carrier is not available in the case of conducting enhanced roaming. SOLUTION: In the case that a search section 2 sequentially uses a plurality of access frequencies to retrieve a signal from a base station of a contract carrier and receives a signal from other base station than the contract carrier, a transmission PN generator 5 stores phase information of a PN code used when the signal from the base station is inversely converted, a control section 7 stores its access frequency and a call through the base station of the contract carrier is made with priority. In the case that a path with the contract carrier cannot be detected, a call is made on the basis of the access frequency and phase information of the PN code having been stored in the transmission PN generator 5 and the control section 7. |
