PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize molding of artificial rocks having various shapes with one device by a method wherein the holding of molds are ensured without complicating the device. SOLUTION: In this device, a bag-like inner mold 10, at the upper side of which the pouring port 11 of a fluid concrete is provided, and an outer mold 20, which surroundingly holds the inner mold 10, so as to cast the fluid concrete in the inner mold 10 under the state being held by the outer mold 20 for setting in order to mold an artificial rock G under the state that pressing bodies 30 for denting the inner mold 10 through pressing are provided on the inner wall surface of the outer mold 20. A plurality of the pressing bodies 30, each of which is made of a rubber lump, are provided on the inner wall surface of the outer mold 20 at the portions corresponding to the portions, at which the recessed parts of the artificial rock G are wanted to be provided. The pressing body 30, the size of which is determined properly, is bonded through a strippable adhesive.
