PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive and pressure-bonding continuous form which is folded doubly or more and is blocking-proof by printing registering marks for transverse perforations consisting of a thick line part and a fine line part in the marginal part of a sheet for the continuous form and suppressing the adhesive force of an adhesive layer near the perforations in order to eliminate a conveyance failure due to blocking to a large extent during data printing or pressure-sensitive pressure-bonding fabrication. SOLUTION: In the pressure-sensitive and pressure-bonding continuous form F which is folded doubly or more, a marginal part M with perforations P is provided on both ends of a sheet S through a margin cutoff part K and a registering mark 1 for transverse perforations for connecting the end part of the form F to the margin cutoff part K in series is printed. The registering mark 1 consists of a thick line part 2a and a fine line part 3 and the fine line part 3 is printed in such a way that it appears on the end part side of the form F.
