PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a qudrupole mass analyser reduced in fluctuation of mass peak intensity in the analysis of a plurality of substances having masses close to each other and having high sensitivity. SOLUTION: A constant voltage generator 32 generates the offset portion of saw-tooth wave reference voltage and an analogue voltage generating part 10 generates ramp wave voltage larger than the ramp wave portion of the saw-tooth wave reference voltage and a sweep signal control attenuator 30 attenuates the ramp wave voltage so as to bring the same to the ramp wave portion. An adder and buffer amplifier 34 adds the offset portion and the ramp wave portion to form a saw-tooth wave reference voltage. AΔU signal generator 50 and aΔU signal control attenuator 52 change a ratio of +U voltage and -U voltage and variable attenuators 70a, 70b act so as to change the ratio of +E voltage and -E voltage.
