摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a short circuit and to improve a load characteristic by containing a gelatinous polymer electrolyte impregnated with an electrolyte containing a specific quantity of a multifunctional monomer of four-functional or above and gelatinized via the radiation of active light in at least one of a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a separator. SOLUTION: The concentration of a multifunctional monomer of four- functional or above in an electrolyte is set to 4-10 wt.%. If the concentration is lower than this range, the effect for increasing the strength of the gelatinous polymer electrode and preventing a short circuit cannot be obtained. If the concentration is higher than this range, a load characteristic is lowered. The concentration range is preferably set to 5.5-8.5 wt.%. The monomer having four or more double bonds capable of being polymerized by active light such as ultraviolet rays for one molecule, e.g. acrylate such as pentaerythritol tetraacrylate and methacrylate such as pentaerythritol tetramethacrylate, is used.
