<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a catalyst from being peeled off a catalyst carrying apparatus installed in a reaction layer in high temperature steam atmosphere. SOLUTION: This catalyst carrying apparatus is constituted by depositing a catalyst 30 on the surface of an inner layer oxide film 26 of a catalyst carrying base part 22 which is produced by removing an easily removable outer layer oxide film from a stainless plate material on which the inner layer oxide film 26 and the outer layer oxide film are formed. Since the inner layer oxide film 26 hinders formation of the outer layer oxide film, even if the catalyst carrying apparatus 20 is installed after that in high temperature steam atmosphere, formation of the outer layer oxide film is hindered. Consequently, peeling of the catalyst 30 caused by peeling of the outer layer oxide film can be prevented.</p> |
