<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attain packet transmission of a push-to-talk type voice signal by having only to provide a minimum function to an existing voice signal transmitter. SOLUTION: A voice signal processing section 11 converts a voice signal A1 given to a transmission section 1 into a voice packet A2. An ear and mouth E/M control signal exclusive packet processing section 13 converts an E/M control signal B1 into an E/M control signal packet B2. The E/M control signal exclusive packet processing section 13 generates change information 1, 0 in response to the high, low level of the E/M control signal and assembles them into packets as an E/M flag B3 that is identified from an E/M control signal packet B2 and it is added to an identification header B4. A packet processing section 21 of a reception section 3 distributes the voice packet A2 and the E/M control signal packet B2 on the basis of the E/M flag B3 and a voice signal conversion processing section 33 converts the voice signal packet A2 into the original voice signal A1, an E/M control signal conversion processing section 35 converts the E/M control signal packet B2 into an analog signal, on the basis of the change information 1, 0 and the analog signal is converted into the original E/M control signal B1.</p> |
