<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the waste of ceramics disposed as an industrial waste by uniformly scattering the pulverized particles of the waste of the ceramics on the bottom surface and side surfaces of a tile molding box, pouring a hydraulic composition such as a cement mortar thereon, demolding the product, and curing the demolded product. SOLUTION: Pulverized particles of the waste of ceramics are uniformly scattered on the bottom surface and side surfaces of a tile molding box, and a hydraulic composition such as a cement mortar is poured thereon. The product is demolded, and cured and hardened to provide the objective decorated unburned tile. By the method, the tile having properties equal to a burned ceramic tile regardless of an unburned product by using pulverized particles of defective products generated in the production step of the ceramics. Various kinds of grain patterns like natural stones are arbitrary expressed by changing the proportion of the pulverized particles of the ceramics.</p> |
