SOLUTION: This ice machine is equipped with a cooler 2 which is provided at an ice manufacture part 1, a water-cooled condenser 3 which constitutes a freezing cycle together with this cooler 2, cooling system water pipes 24 and 25 which cool this water-cooled condenser 3, a condenser sensor 31 which detects the temperature on the discharge side of the water-cooled condenser 3, and a cistern 9 which supplies the ice manufacture part 1 with water for ice manufacture through a water supply pipe 12, and this is equipped with a controller which outputs an alarm when the temperature detected by the condenser temperature sensor 31 comes to the specified temperature or under.
