PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a memory to a position that can easily be understood by users without disturbing miniaturization of an image pickup device. SOLUTION: A recess is provided at a part of a cover 24 that covers a mount part on which a video tape is mounted, and a memory container 25 that is opened/closed around a rotary shaft 25b is placed in the recess. Since a window 25a made of a transparent member is provided at a part of the memory container 25, the user can confirm whether or not the memory is contained by observing the inside through this window 25a.
